ZAM has been building modern, spacious and affordable family homes for many years. In that time, we have come to recognise that not every client or site is suited to designs that you can see in one of our brochures or on our website. While many other builders are limited to the designs in their brochures, ZAM Builders is happy to work with our clients to create the home that meets their needs, looks great and is a functional home.

Design and Build Consultation

We can put your dream into a design plan that will ensure the place you call home fulfills the potential you know it has.

Concept Designs Package

We will work with our team of architects to deliver detailed plans, 3D drawings and models to your specifications.

Working Drawings and details for Consent

We will obtain approvals from Auckland Council on your behalf, speedily and efficiently, and will advise you based on up-to-date information on the latest bylaws and regulations.

Construction and Project Management

Ongoing, careful project management ensures that the process remains seamless and that we align with your vision 100% all the way.

Completion

Once your project is completed we will take you on an in-depth quality assurance walkthrough to demonstrate the new system in your home, as well as discuss the warranty and maintenance tips.

House & Land Packages

We understand that building a new home is a pretty daunting experience. You need to find a block of land, find a suitable home design, get finance for the block of land, settle on the land, then finance the building contract.

A home and land package from ZAM tries to make the new home building process a little easier. All you have to do is choose where you want to live and let us take care of the rest.

We can also suggest a home design that fits perfectly with the block of land or if you have a particular home design in mind, we can try and locate a block that suits.
